I didn’t want to share this aspect of my life without anyone finding value in it. Secondly, this post is completely based on my experiences. It is not backed by scientific evidence, medical degrees or years of training. If in reading this you realise you’re experiencing what I did, I’m sorry but I don’t have answers for you. I don’t even have answers for myself. Lastly, this is not an anti-contraception rant. If anything, I’m envious of those who can take contraception without any negative side effects.
