I saw a picture on Instagram the other day that said that we can stop saying ‘Happy New Year’ now. Whilst that is probably true – we’re nearly through with January 2020 already – I just wanted to hop on here and say Happy New Year to you all. Thank you for sticking with me through 2019 and following me into 2020. A special thank you to all who have actually opted to be part of the Where I Am crew and get my little blog’s emails directly in their inbox.
I’m also so happy that we’re moving away from the New Year, New Me mentality. Let’s make 2020 the New Year, Old Me (just a more kickass version because…onwards and upwards).

I have always been interested in health. However, my motivation now is different to when I was younger.
